All orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
Our primary shipping service is FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. Both are “ground” services that take 2-7 business days from coast to coast. (All of our products ship from our warehouse in Bend, Oregon, USA. Ground takes 2 days on the west coast and 5-6 days for the east coast. In the case that you need expedited shipping, we offer many options. Fedex Express Saver takes 3 business days; 2nd Day Air is two business days, and we also have options for Overnight delivery. All our international shipping is handled through our partner FedEx Bongo.
3. Order Tracking:
After placing your order, you will receive an automated email receipt letting you know that we received your transaction. We’ll then process your order, and finally, you will receive an email from Fedex with the tracking number for your shipment.
4. Shipping Rates:
Our shopping cart page has a shipping calculator for both domestic and international rates. Once you’ve picked out the items that you’d like from our website, simply head over to the page and enter your shipping information to get a quick quote. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and dimensions of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
5. International Shipping Powered by
We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
Checkout by clicking the “Outside the E.U.?” button or at checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you click the button or select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy:
Returns are acceptable only if the product has not been unwrapped or used. All products are specially packaged. If the packaging, and special wrapping have been removed, the return shipment will be refused and no refund granted. If the packaging has not been opened, we will refund 100% of your purchase price minus shipping (the purchase price found on the website minus shipping). Shipping to and from Air-Trekkers.com is the buyers responsibility. All returns must be received by Air-Trekkers.com with 30 days from the date of purchase and must include all original items, manuals, etc. Please inform us via email if your wish to return your product.
