Shipping

All Air-Trekkers are delivered via FEDEX and should be received in 2-5 days, unless your particular weight is on back order. If your Air-Trekker jumping stilts are on back order, Alpine Innovations, LLC will notify you via email on the date of the order.

Returns:
All products are warranted against manufacturer defects for a period of 30 days.

Product Claims:
All claims must be submitted within the warranty period and promptly after discovery of the claimed defect. The defect must be described, along with several photos of the claimed defect. Please reference the date and proof of purchase. If a manufacturer’s defect has been identified, please contact our customer service department.

If Alpine Innovations, LLC has determined, after submission of a claim, that the product is defective and is to be returned, shipping costs to return the package back to Alpine Innovations, LLC is the responsibility of the consumer. All claims must be submitted to:

Refunds and Warranty:
Alpine Innovations, LLC cannot provide a full cash refund for purchases that have already been shipped. Air-Trekkers come with a FREE 1 year warranty from the date of purchase on all parts excluding the foot pads. This 1 year warranty also includes the springs! There is a 6 month warranty on the foot pads. Damage caused by natural wear and tear, as well as damage due to improper use is excluded from the warranty. All parts claims must be submitted within the warranty period, promptly after discovery of the defective part, describing the defective part, along with several photos of the described part, and referring to the date and proof of purchase. If a part has been identified as defective, please contact our customer service department. If Alpine Innovations, LLC has determined, after submission of a part claim, that the part is defective, part replacement and shipping charges are free of charge.
